Our Client sought to modernize their outdated production plant to restart production in the summer of 2024. The aim was to enhance production capacity, automate processes, and incorporate sustainable energy solutions. They required a partner to manage the entire modernization process, from feasibility studies and technical design to project management and implementation.

3. Process
Feasibility studies
Our team started off conducting feasibility studies to assess the plant’s potential for modernization and the implementation of a photovoltaic system meeting production needs and at the same time benefit from energy efficiency.
BIM services
BIM services were implemented to define production design requirements, procure services, and implement technical designs for equipment and systems. Comprehensive industrial planning and electromechanical and civil engineering were integral to the process.
Procurement and agile PM
WorkNomads also handled procurement and Agile project management, managing the bidding process, securing suppliers, and overseeing contract management.
4. Outcome
The Client was able to start production in the new facility within the required time, essential for fulfilling their production obligations towards their customers.
WorkNomads provided end-to-end services, transforming the facility into a modern, automated production facility ready for future challenges. We implemented sustainable solutions, such as a photovoltaic system to meet energy needs.
Our Agile methods and BIM design enabled clash-free designs and smooth implementation while keeping a close interaction with the client and the stakeholders.
