TRUMPeting Transparency
In a world where DEI policies are being abolished and freedoms are under threat, WorkNomads is calling out louder its commitment to build a long-term sustainable community based upon respect and tolerance across cultures.
Our Transparency report isn’t just a document; it’s an invitation to dive into the heart of our community, values, and adventures.

2024 was an Olympic year – also at WorkNomads.
This year at WorkNomads, our team grew to 163 people from 30 nationalities, working remotely across 17 countries and 4 continents.
We flew in our own Olympics team for a face-to-face weekend on site at the WN LAB Hotel in Sofia, building what remote work alone can’t. We kept the momentum going with virtual onboarding sessions, reconnecting with each other around our WN values. TalentTrek Academies, built around client cases, continued to grow our internal knowledge network.
For the times we don’t need to be connected, we introduced Offline Thursdays: one day a week without internal meetings, emails, or messages (unless business critical), creating uninterrupted time for focused work.
This year at WorkNomads, we facilitated 11 successful relocations, bringing the total to 27. We cut electricity use by 8%, and landed in the top 35% of companies in the Ecovadis sustainability rating. Average square meters to live and work were 141. The gender pay gap was down to 6.06%.
So grab your drink of choice – coffee, tea, or that questionable smoothie you found in the back of the fridge, and let’s get into the diary of WorkNomads.
